Milan

2024

This is a painting of a fictional shopping street somewhere in Italy, which I imagine to be in Milan. I painted this work using oil paints.

Stairway to Heaven

2023

Search for balance between figurative and abstract, light and darkness.

Tokyo

2021

In this painting, I've depicted a quiet alley in the busy Japanese city of Tokyo.

The Lange Voorhout

2023

This is a painting of the Lange Voorhout in The Hague. I painted this piece with oil paint.

Prague

2023

I painted this artwork using only a palette knife. With this, I aimed to depict the Czech capital Prague in a unique manner.

Texel

2023

This painting is one of my few oil paintings. The artwork depicts the Wadden Sea near Texel during sunrise. In the distance, you can see the Texel lighthouse.

Las Vegas

2022

This is a painting of the famous Bellagio hotel and casino in Las Vegas. Bellagio is renowned for its water fountain display in the pond right in front of the hotel. On the left side of the painting, I've depicted the famous water fountain, while the center of the painting showcases the hotel itself.

De Erasmusbrug

2021

This is a painting of my favorite bridge in the Netherlands: the Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam. This artwork is framed.

The Rotterdam (brown-yellow)

2021

This painting is a newer version of "The Rotterdam" (my first City Painting). I created this painting using only a few colors, just like with the 'Rotterdam'. Additionally, I replaced the boy from the original 'Rotterdam' with a girl holding a balloon in this piece. Thus, this painting can be referred to as the little sister of the Rotterdam."
